KK SUPERMART & SUPERSTORE

Assalamualaikum n hye readers... 

Pagy2 bute macam ni tetibe plak ade keinginan nak cite pasal tmpt keje... korg sume nmpk kan sign atas uh.. KK Supermart & Superstore... KK stand for wat ? I pown dont know lah.. hehe... 

Okeyh actually after abis je exam ari uh, aku try masuk dlm jobstreet n macam2 tempat agy lah tok cari keje... x kira lah pape an as long as keje yg mandatangkan hasil rezeki yg halal... eceh ! 

mase first uh dlm incoming call from one company nieyh.. dye suh dtg interview but tmpt dye jauh lh plk so decide x jd gy interview tu.... 

next uh dpt plak kt coolblog & at the same time dpt kt call from KK nieyh.. mase uh decide x nk gy pon interview coz dh dpt kat coolblog, but mak ckp try je... so decide gy interview uh ary selasa pagy kot klo x silap... hehe.. 

After interview kt KKuh, terus gerak gy KL tok interview as a marketing executive... pergh 5 jam kot interview... balik uh decide tok keje at KK je coz dekt ngn umh n ingt klo shift mlm, pgy uh leyh tlg antar abah gy theraphy....

then on the next monday which is on 26/11/2012, aku pon start lh keje kt KK.. time uh shift pagy.. beljr cashier n storekeeper... tok store uh dah pnh wat dulu mse keje at 99 5 tahun yg lalu.. cashier pon pnh gak tp len tmpt an len care... 

hari first keje uh dpt kol from 99 speedmart bgy twaran tok attend interview... but time uh an bru first day so hold dlu lh... on the 2nd day terime tawaran 99 uh then hari jumaat gy attend interview n hary uh jugak dpt result yg aku dpt kje at 99 uh... 

so, mlm uh just drop mcg to my supervisor let her know about my resignation... last kat s2 ari ahad 2 dec 2012,, genap 7 hari je keje.... actually berhenti keje situ uh bnyk reasons dye...first uh of course dpt awarn from 99 n second sebb takot lah keje shift malam... tiap kali malam je mesty berdebar. yelah, malam mcm2 leyh jadi kan... time org ngah tido lah penjenayah melakukan kerja dorg thats y takut uh... huhuhu... 

second day kerje kat KK uh, aku dh pown dpt t-shirt nieyh.... sume staff sme je baju.. n suar ikut suke nak pakai ape pown just yg penting baju ke tug in lah an... tu yg agak susah sikit... x penah wo masuk baju dlm suar.. rase cum kelakar pown ade gak.. hehehhehe....

ini lah rupe aku bile baju terpakse dimasukkan ke dalam seluar.. hahaha sumpah kelakar.... pic ni aku amik b4 gy keje malam... 

lepas dapat je comfirmation yg dah benti from KK,aku pown wat macam2 persediaan tok first day orientation kat 99 Speedmart.... 

Walaupown aku dah berubah angin from KK to 99, aku tetap nak ucapkan thanks to supervisor sebb penah amik aku keje kat situ n to kawan2 kat KK, thanks sebb korg sudi ajar bende yang aku x tahu, sudi tolong aku bile diperlukan n memacam lagy lah.. even seminggu je aku keje, tp aku dpt banyak pengalaman n pengajaran dalam hidup aku... 

To be a leader is not easy ... We need to know how to manage organization n how to make a good relationship with our staff.... Staff is important to us. They help us to accomplish mission n vision that we strive to achieve it... 

So, to all manager or leader outside there, please take care and make a good relationship with your staff....
